Refund policy

At Ball Hard Baltimore, every item is made to order with care and attention to detail. Because our apparel is custom-printed specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or design dissatisfaction.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. We will gladly offer a replacement only under the following conditions:

Eligible Replacement Reasons:

  • There was a printing error on our part (e.g., incorrect colors, misaligned graphics, missing elements)

  • The apparel itself is defective (e.g., holes, faulty stitching, material issues)

How to Request a Replacement:

If your item meets any of the above criteria, please email us at contact@ballhardbaltimore.com within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the item showing the problem

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will process your replacement item. No need to return the defective or damaged item.


Important Notes:

  • Returns not required - You may donate, keep, or throw away your item being replaced.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided at the time of order (e.g., wrong size or custom text errors entered by the customer).
